HOW DOES THE SIGN UP PROCESS WORK?

  • Make contact with Discovery Bookings International Ltd (DBI) either by email or phone.
  • One of the DBI Team will arrange a viewing to meet you and view your property to discuss the opportunity further.
  • Following a successful viewing and confirmation that the Homeowner’s Holiday home meets DBI Ltd standards, we will take site notes and our local representative will take photographs if convenient at that time.
  • Once we have all of the information required to adequately sell your property for rental, we will require the completion of our non-exclusive rental agreement which will set out your desired rental rates and which also outline our Terms & Conditions.
  • Your holiday home will be marketed on our website(s) with a full written description, together with an up to date availability calendar and high resolution images.We will, in this time organise the translation of the property and create your personalised micro-site and distribute your accommodation to our chosen third party sites and network partners. We regularly target our extensive contact list well in advance of their travel periods, with new properties and locations.
  • Enquiries to www.whitstableholidayhomes.net and partner websites will be answered by one of the Booking Team accordingly. Following an online booking, you will be notified by email of any booking taken. We believe in communicating with our owners to ensure that mistakes are not made and hence we are always available by phone or email.
  • Once the guest has left the property, we will then request feedback and offer them the opportunity to return next year.
